3/20/2024 0 Comments Fivem cool loading screenThe sauce had a slight banana flavor / slight vanilla taste also chunks of banana in it. And my favorite thing! THE BANANAS FOSTER CINNAMON ROLL!! Good god!! The cinnamon roll was soooooooo soft! Had a warm doughy inside that soaked up all the caramel sauce. ![]() It all kinda reminded of like a loaded tamale if I had to find something to compare it to. The broth had a nice Cajun / seafood flavor that was 10/10 perfect! Then we had a Corunda Tamales which was like a thick tamale but topped with crema, a green salsa, a cabbage slaw and queso fresco. The Shrimp & grits were extremely creamy with thick chunks of lamb bacon that had that gamey lamb flavor that we all love. Then this amazing chicharron that was cooked in a green salsa, over easy egg, radishes, all on top of a fire charred tortilla. It had this amazing green chorizo, which had a unique Mexican sausage flavor to it. ![]() It made for a unique and amazing dining experience! Andddd the drinks were by Casamigos The Chorizo Verde Tlayuda was like a brunch style tostada but pizza size. Not to mention they are both amazing chefs in their own world. The best part is there was 2 amazing chefs, Chef Jupiter & Chef Danny both collaborating on a menu. You ever see those dinner experiences where the chefs come out, introduce themselves, explain the inspiration behind the dish and creating it? That’s what this is. I’m so grateful to have had this dinner / brunch experience. 1,000% an experience you wanna have sometime in your life.
